S H Kang Taekwondo's class structure focuses on athlete development, practical means of self defense, with special reference to growth, maturation and development, trainability and sport system alignment and integration. It also aids in improved concentration and mental performance . We have carefully integrated this into a total fitness program integrating body, mind and spirit .
Using this approach, S H Kang Taekwondo is able to provide unparalleled Taekwondo training for each developmental stage. Beginning students are welcome to start at age 5!
Classes are broken down into belt levels within the Multiple Instrusters that are available to provide an unprecedented level of personal instruction so each student's training is based on their individual developmental abilities.
